Hi, I’m Paula
I'm an award winning illustrator and designer who creates labels, packaging, branding, digital experiences, editorials, surface patterns and more. Some of my clients include L.A. Times, The Washington Post, Hachette Book Group, Subaru, 21st Amendment Brewery, and Bently Heritage Distillery. I have a Bachelors of Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and have exhibited my work internationally.
My work is often influenced by the relationship of the domestic vs wild, juxtaposing geometry of the material world with the organic forms of plants and animals. I enjoy incorporating symbology of life cycles alongside celestial or mystical elements and subject matter relating to magic, folklore, and mythology to highlight the mysteries and joys of living.
